What is the Payment terms ?
Our payment terms are very much flexible such as 35% advance against commercial invoice and balance against verify copy of Bill of lading along with other necessary shipping documents .
We do also accept L/C or cash on the spot after inspection.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.
Where do you ship?
Our Main export markets are Africa, South East Asia and the East Europe.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 10-15 days depend on the quantity of the order. Normally for the 20 FCL load or the 11000 Kgs it takes 7 days and for the 40 HQ or 30000 kilogram it takes 15 days to ship the cargo.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, GBP, CAD and EUR.
Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
We accept 3 times payments
Do you offer fast shipping?
In Bulk orders, All shipping managed by our long trusted shipping and forwarding agent and by sea route always depend on the destination sea route you may check with any freight agent for further information
Or when we dispatch B/L document you can check online of the arrival of your shipment scheduled to reach to the destination sea port.
How can I track my shipment?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order after 7 up to 15 days to check your online shipment status
Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
You can check with your destination nearest sea port customs and clearing agent for your shipment sales, duties and customs.
4. Returns
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
– The item must have been defective or not according to the quality, grade and or packing as requested.
- The cargo shouldn’t have been checked more than 5% of total packaging.
- The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request upon receipt of the cargo back to the supplier’s warehouse.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges on any products that is “ wholesale value “ or the “Bulk load values” or more than the weight of the 5000 kilo grams.
